The Right Place is a practical, values-based program that helps connect people with the health and community services they need. It uses a person-centred approach where people take the extra step to support others who are in need, regardless of where they are.
The Help to Health project provides The Right Place training in Clarence. Training is available to local businesses, services and organisations. Right Place members learn how they can assist community members to find available services and receive easy-to-understand information. It offers choices to support people to locate the right services, with the assistance of a Quick Reference Guide and other resources.
