Ethos offers a set menu that changes daily showcasing seasonal Tasmanian produce and meats. From Tuesday-Saturday we offer set menus for dinner at $68 and $88 per head for 6 and 8 courses respectively.

At Ethos, we try to treat these pristine, premium and unique products with minimal intervention and the respect they are due.Drinks at Ethos follow a similar premise. Where possible, we make in house or source locally, but always with the same principal in mind; if its not delicious, its not for Ethos. We offer a small and interesting cellar list, pour wines that are appropriate for the menu that day, stock primarily house made and Tasmanian spirits and hand make all our own soft drinks.
