Is life feeling hard at the moment?
Are you feeling stressed? Anxious? Low?
We have a free program, Wellways to Health, starting on the 27th February, between 12-2pm, that can help support you to:
* Improve your wellbeing and help you feel good!
* Help you see your strengths and value (you have many!)
* Help you how to manage stress and anxiety (recognise triggers and how to cope with them)
This program will run over 4 weeks by the wonderful facilitators from Wellways, Wellways to Health program.
***The sessions will be held in a warm, private, supportive environment and snacks/drinks will be provided***
