Find out how to crunch the numbers for your small business idea in an easy-to-follow and easy-to-understand process
In this 2-hour in person workshop you will learn and be guided to find out if your small business idea has got wings to fly. Can your concept be turned into a potential business opportunity? You will learn about important aspects you should look at as part of crunching the numbers and assessing the commercial feasibility of your small business idea.
This will help you to realise the information you need to answer the following questions:
• Will it work or not?
• Can it potentially be profitable or not?
• What will it cost to start?
• Is it worth doing?
• Is it worth moving to the business planning stage?
Vaughan Smith, our presenter for the day, a former NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) trainer and consultant with a background in finances, has helped countless small businesses to get to the next step in their small business journey. He knows how to break down the process of crunching the numbers in an easy to follow and non-daunting fashion.
This workshop is presented by Business South under the “Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program” which is an Australian Government funded initiative. This program is focusing on assisting mature age Australians, but it is open to anyone by providing them with free assistance to consider, plan and start their own business.
