Horizons Fundamentals is a seven session mental health group program for people to build skills, strategies and resources to manage their mental wellbeing.
No pressure- engage as much or as little as you like.

Things to note
Who is it for? This group program is for people who have a mental health diagnosis and experience episodes of mental unwellness. Participants can’t be part engaged in the NDIS or accessing another psychosocial program
How to join: Referral form needs to be completed by a professional- community services worker, GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or clinical practitioner. Referral forms should be emailed to horizons@baptcare.org.au
