Group Fitness sessions are active sessions for people of all fitness levels.

Take a leap and try some free outdoors group fitness! The winter season of Fitness in the Park kicks off on Tuesday 9 June. There will be two group fitness sessions each week during the winter months.

Group Fitness Sessions are for anyone… Beginners, Over 50s, Mums and Bubs, you name it! You can take it at your own level so come along and have a go!

SPECIAL NOTES
Due to Stage 2 COVID-19 restrictions, only the first 20 people will be able to attend
Please observe physical distancing and stay 1.5m apart
Please do not attend if you are unwell or have any symptoms of illness
Please practice good hygiene and use hand sanitiser

What to Bring

Participants Must:
Sign a waiver - download and complete and bring along to your first session from https://www.liveclarence.com.au/about/healthy/moving-well/fitness-in-the-park/
Participate in a verbal medical screen
Wear laced training shoes
Have a water bottle
Wear hats and sun-block when necessary.p
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Mums with bubs participating in sessions must have had at least six weeks since birth.
Bring your own towel or mat
