Wonderful people all over our community get involved with looking after our environment and natural resources. It’s a job that needs many hands!

Getting involved in caring for the land helps you connect with local people while making a difference for your community and your environment into the future. For more information about getting involved in Landcare and Coastcare with Council have a look here.

Swift Chatter

The Swift Chatter is a Council newsletter published twice a year (summer and winter) which provides: tips for Natural Area groups; news from working bees, from Council, local community; and other information from people interested in the natural environment.

Swift Chatter provides the opportunity for Land and Coastcare groups in Clarence to share valuable experiences in the volunteer management of many Natural Areas in Clarence from Bushland to Coast.

You may like to contribute some stories from your group to share with your fellow Land and Coast Carers and the wider community.
